\"\"Dylan first performed with\u00a0Dulahan<\/strong>\u00a0in the studio, playing the driving cajone rhythm on the song\u00a0Edinbro Barn Dance<\/em>\u00a0on the band\u2019s \u00a0Mist of the Irish Sky<\/strong> album in 2009. In 2010 Dylan appeared on the\u00a0Live at Bainbridge<\/strong>\u00a0album \u00a0as well. He regularly joined the boys at live performances for years, adding his driving hand percussion skills on the djembe, bongos and other percussion. An accomplished kit drummer, he was a member of the bands Parson Hooper, Fillmore North and was a founding member of\u00a0Electric Orange Peel<\/strong>, a Columbus, Ohio based progressive rock band. \u00a0An accomplished guitarist, Dylan played the classical guitar solo on the song “Find a Way”<\/em>\u00a0on\u00a0Dulahan’s<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a088 Years<\/strong> album. In the spring of 2021 he joined Dulahan full time in the unique role of Lead Guitarist\/Percussionist. His tasteful lead guitar work is now a key part of\u00a0 Dulahan\u2019s ever evolving sound \u00a0and his soaring solos are a perfect compliment to Leo\u2019s Highland Pipe work and have become a highlight of Dulahan\u2019s live performances and are showcased on the bands latest album, BUMPS in the ROAD, released in 2024. Dylan also contributes to the band\u2019s harmonies with background vocals, having grown up in a household immersed in Dulahan music. Like his father, Dylan is a songwriter. He \u00a0wrote the majority of the songs on Electric Orange Peel\u2019s first album. Although his guitar work has become the major focus of his work with Dulahan, his love of percussion has never wavered and his hand drumming adds key energy to a variety of Dulahan favorites in their live shows. On two separate occasions Dylan has been invited on stage to perform on hand drums with Celtic powerhouse band Gaelic Storm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
